Ankrodal is a made to measure standby, intended for passing pipes and technical sheaths (electric sheaths, HVAC, water, etc.) after casting the floor.

Benefits

❶ Formwork belt in made of 0.5 mm thick sheet steel with a dovetail profile offering perfect anchoring in concrete, as well as good take-up between the floor concrete and the keying concrete. The rigidity of the box, ensured by the sheet's shape, guarantees proper resistance to the concrete load in the floor casting phase

❷ Cover in OSB 3 reconstructed wood, with a thickness of 18 mm (designed and qualified for use in humid environment - see the technical sheet). The cover rests on a 20 mm wide shoulder on the 4 sides of the formwork belt. An identification label is affixed under the cover to indicate the dimensions. The cover is flush with the concrete's surface to avoid interfering with surfacing, and to prevent an employees from tripping

❸ Formwork base made of 2 plates of cross cell polypropylene plates. These plates have a thickness of 10 mm. They are screwed to the formwork belt

❹ Meshed polypropylene sheets intended to hold the OSB cover through handling operations, then to reinforce the bottom during the concrete keying phase in case of accidental bearing in this zone.
The meshing is always smaller than 15 cm, hence guaranteeing very high strength of the bottom
