Riba Silent transmits traction and compression loads without penalising acoustic insulation. It also prevents horizontal displacements from becoming too high.
Riba Silent combines perfectly with the Titan acoustic studs, for example in the case of exterior corridors. The Titan stud will take up shearing loads, whereas the Riba Silent will take up traction loads. With the combination of these two products, the exterior corridors are no longer a source of transmission of impact noise inside housing.
