The HSI 90 or HSI 150 modular grommet is an innovating system allowing the easy passage of cables and pipes in concrete constructions. Modular grommets will be studied as early as the worksite preparation, so that they can be planned and positioned during concreting. They are delivered per part or assembled in matrices, suited to the wall thickness.
The HSI 150 has an interior diameter of 150 mm and the HSI 90 has an interior diameter of 90 mm.
Designed for slanted cable insertion regardless of the direction (up, down, left, right) with 30°, 45° or 60° angles. Available in single or double sided versions and can also be delivered to the worksite “pre-fitted” in the matrix.
Many combinations are possible with the HSI systems. By reporting your specific case to our sales engineer, who will be able to advise you on your project.
3. Spacers
When connecting large cross-section pipes (diameter 160 or the KES system), always use the spacers between the HSI elements to allow subsequent fitting of accessories.
4. HSI 150-DG
The HSI 150-DG system is composed of an HRK watertightness ring as well as an adaptation ring. It is not possible to place an HRK watertightness ring without the adaptation ring as the diameters do not match. The complete HSI 150-DG system can be ordered, but if you already have HRK rings, it is also possible to supply adaptation rings separately.
