The aluminium wall end is a formwork which facilitates the sealing of concrete stops.It is made up of the following elements:
- Aluminium formwork face covered with lacquering, offering a flawless finish
- Integrated foam gasket ensuring a perfect seal
- Magnets incorporated in the profile to facilitate the positioning of the end piece on the metal sheet; 3 magnets per end piece.- 2 slings allowing transportation by crane
- Shutter at each end, preventing concrete from filling the profile
The end of the shell is made in one piece, which gives it more resistance
To considerably increase the lifespan of the formwork, consider cleaning it after use.
Quick implementation
- Position the end against the previously cleaned and degreased metal panel (for safety, attach the end to the top of the panel using a tie - in the form of either a wire or a strap).
- Adjust the position of the end.
- Attach - sink - remove.
- For better future use, consider cleaning the end of the shell.
