Magnet allowing the installation of door frame, window frame and wooden shell end pieces.
600 kilos: shell magnet in galvanised steel, 4 mm thickness, with a central part in polyurethane, fitted with a handle, a stripping lever and an M12 ergonomic demagnetising screw. Its slipping resistance is 100 kilos. This magnet also comprises green compensation cones for shell size 16, orange for shell size 18, and blue for shell size 20, which can be sold separately.
700 kilos: shell magnet in galvanised steel, 5 mm thickness, with M16 ergonomic screw and demagnetising handle. This product is mainly intended for the equipment yard for worksite leasing.
Our steel shells have received a quality surface treatment against oxidation (rust).
Today we offer a complete, high-end range, corresponding to all the expectations and requirements of our clients in terms of cost and quality.
1. 400 kilos: simple and economical product with a slipping resistance of 70 kilos without accessories, with one demagnetising handle on its axis.
2. 450 kilos: magnet fitted with a handle, with a screw embedded in the axis and a slipping resistance of 80 kilos.
3. 500 kilos: magnet fitted with a handle bolted on its axis, and a compression nipple for fitting PVC compensation cones.
