Dywidag tie rods in hot rolled steel, with continuous thread, are used to hold the two formwork panels during concreting. The tie rods are never used as reinforcements.
These tie rods are neither weldable or bendable, and are available in a rough or galvanised version.
To ensure the safety of these tie rods, we advise you not to exceed the admissible load values. The admissible load is determined by the accessory with the lowest admissible load. After each use, checking each accessory for wear and irregularities is recommended. The admissible loads are indicated in the technical sheets.
