Extension of the floors with pre-slabs is ensured by standby boxes placed above a vertically indented standby. An end stop is included to position the pre-slabs on a sufficient bearing.
The standby reinforcements are manufactured in a standard length of 53 Φ.
Any other dimension > 53 Φ can be produced on request, within the limits of dimensions of steel rods in the box.
Steel reinforcements of the seismic range are all category B500B certified AFCAB.
Application:
Implementation of suspended pre-slab floors for building and civil engineering works located in seismic zones, pursuant to Standard FD P18720 and the LPPVE application guide.
Using the STABOX box saves implementation time through easier formwork stripping. <br/>As a producer, we can meet all your specific requests. It is possible that in the case of a high reinforcement density, we will need to adapt the unit to meet your request.
