In Walloon, 'novia' means new. And in this case, Novia is a new residence. On the site in Rue du Premiers Lanciers, Novia is being built, a new neighbourhood on the car park of the former barracks. To preserve the glory of the old military past, the old gate is still part of the neighbourhood.

Plakatube
Plakatube is a lost formwork system designed for the construction of round columns.
This lost formwork is very light and is hence easy and simple to install.

- Plaka Pro-Flex
Plaka Pro-Flex is a protection mat based on recycled rubber granulates and assembled using a polyurethane based binder. It offers effective protection of your balconies, stairways and other prefabricated elements against shocks and claws. It will also suit temporary protection of your sealing, blue stone floors, smoothed slabs, etc.

- Isotec
The Isotec thermal break is a reinforcement system with the main function of eliminating thermal bridges caused by structure elements overhanging reinforced concrete structures (balconies, cornices, canopies, etc.).

Plakasteel RSBL
Plakasteel RBSL is lost edge formwork in pre-galvanised steel, adjusted to the height of your slab.
Holes in the base ensure easy fastening at the top of the wall, using nails, screws or impact dowels. The upper part of the formwork includes an additional fold for considerable reinforcement of the system. In all cases, holes are included to fasten the formwork to the upper slab reinforcements.
Lifting anchors
Lifting loops are lifting anchors for precast concrete units whose connection side will later no longer be visible (including prefabricated bases, joists and supporting walls).
Lifting loops have a minimum safety factor of four against minimum breaking force of the wire rope.

Colmatec and Colmarub
Colmatec is a micro-perforated, flexible PVC injection sheath used for watertightness of shrinkage joints and construction joints which are cast in place. The micro-perforated sheath then allows the injection of a polyurethane resin (Pur Protect) to completely clog any cracks or gaps present beside the construction joint.

Colmarub S is a hydro-expansive joint composed of natural sodium bentonite and butyl rubber. During concrete shrinkage, gaps and small cracks are formed in the construction joints. These zones constitute water infiltration points in the structures. Placed in a concreting construction joint, it inflates (up to 350% of its initial volume) in contact with infiltration water and seals the joint, making it watertight. Colmarub S has been tested under pressures of up to 4 bar.

Korbo + Wall tie
The Korbo profile is designed to withstand façade masonry beside openings or overhangs, and to create a possibility of expansion wherever necessary. Korbo angle pieces with or without welded consoles can be visible or made invisible. Consoles allow for precise adjustment and mounting.

Wall tie
The masonry hooks are placed at regular intervals to link the exterior facing wall with the load-bearing wall, creating a stable hollow wall. In the case of a ventilated hollow wall, the masonry hook can also be used to hold the insulator by adding an insulator holding clip.
