HBB - Impact sound insulation box for acoustic decoupling of the landing

The  HBB impact sound insulation box is used as a point support for the landing slab. The load is transferred via high-quality elastomeric bearings. The elements can be installed in in-situ poured as well as in prefabricated landing slabs, at the connection with concrete or masonry walls.

Benefits
  • Excellent impact sound insulation values, tested according to DIN 7396
  • Heavy-duty, non-reinforced elastomeric bearings for point connection
  • Dimensionally stable box
  • One size fits all landing heights
  • 2 Variants: one for precast landing and one for in-situ poured concrete
  • HBB-rebar-cage VVH with optimised reinforcement arrangement and without additional on-site stirrups.

Do not forget to install Halfen HTPL insulation boards between the HBB elements to ensure continuous acoustic separation around the entire perimeter of the landing and prevent any acoustic bridges.
