HTF & CRET-TS-Set 12.04.03
Add to my wish listHTF - Acoustic decoupling of a precast staircase
HTF is an impact sound insulation bearing used to decouple the precast staircase from the landing. Both variants HTF-T and HTF-B carry the load of the stair flight and significantly limit the transmission of impact sound to the landing.
Available HTF variants:
- HTF-T is placed between the precast stair flight and a corbel foreseen in the landing slab.precuts
- HTF-B is a flat bearing mat placed between the first step of the precast concrete staircase and the bearing slab
- CRET-TS SET impact sound insulation dowel is positionned vertically in the joint between the bearing slab and the first step of the staircase, securing the staircase in the right position, while guaranteeing the impact sound insulation provided by the HTF-B impact sound insulation element.
- Excellent impact sound insulation values, tested according to DIN 7396
- Heavy-duty profiled, non-reinforced elastomeric bearings
- Practical mounting to the stair with double-sided adhesive tapes
- Adhesive tapes with protruding foil to allow its easy removal
- Robust PE foam that can be cut to size
- Three load capacity levels for reliable load transfer - Three standard lengths
- Light grey colored to match the prefabricated elements, eliminating the need of any additional finishing
CRET-TS SET
- Stainless steel dowel with acoustic sleeve to reduce impact sound transmission
- Installation plastic sleeve available as installation aid
In case of a horizontal load, ensure a CRET-TS SET anchor is placed to prevent sliding while ensuring acoustic performance (more information in the Accessories section).
