Add to my wish listIf, during carcass work, the locations of the cable and/or pipe passages are known, an HSI type passage must ideally be placed, or when required by the situation, a standby tube of the Hauff range presented below. We offer standby solutions up to a diameter of 1400 mm.
The diameters mentioned for our standby tubes always match the interior diameters of the standbys. The diameters of the drip pipes match the outer diameters mentioned. This can cause some confusion for the user who believes that they are acting properly by using a drip pipe as standby.
Also know that the drip pipe will not bond to the concrete, and the risk of infiltration around the pipe embedded in the concrete is more than probable.

1. SFR standby tube
The P-Liner Basic SFR is composed of a PVC sheath, which is unbreakable and stable-shaped, and made rough by an appropriate treatment to achieve optimum bonding with concrete and mortar without shrinking. The PVC tube can be concreted or anchored in a frill hole using shrink-free mortar.

2. ZVR standby tube
The P-Liner Basic ZVR, in agglomerated cement, is composed of a sheath in unbreakable plastic and with a stable shape, as well as a special coating bonded by cement. This coating bonds optimally to the sheath, bonds homogeneously to concrete, and compensates temperature variations. The tube in agglomerated cement can be concreted, anchored or cast in a wall borehole using shrink-free mortar. The tube is certified watertight up to 5 bar (KIWA certified). It provides a high quality junction with the surrounding concrete. Dimensional stability and the internal surface finish allow simple adaptation of the HSD, KRK, GKD annular systems in HRD.

3. Fibre concrete standby tube 1 piece FZR
The FZR fibre cement standby tube allows all the pipes to pass through the walls, ceilings and floors of the buildings. The standby tube can be integrated in the concrete or masonry, or placed in a standby using shrink-free mortar.
The external grooves create a watertight link with the structure. The tube is resistant to corrosion, watertight and non-conducting. Dimensional stability and the internal surface finish allow simple adaptation of the HSD and HRK annular systems.

4. Fibre concrete standby tube 2 pieces FZRG
This FZRG standby tube in fibre cement is made of two parts, and is ideal for the watertightness of pipes and cables already installed. The protection pipe can be either concreted or anchored in the wall, or even cast in shrink-free mortar into the standby. The external grooves create a watertight link with the shrink-free mortar. The protection pipe is resistant to corrosion, watertight under pressure and non-conducting. When using our HSD, HRK, GKD or HRD annular joints, we obtain perfect watertightness between the pipe or the cable and the inside of the protection pipe.
