The modular sealing joint ensures sealing around the pipes, whether they are to be installed or are already installed. It adapts to nearly all diameters of pipes, standbys or coring.
The joint is composed of different links assembled according to the situation of your worksite.
This system adapts perfectly to pipe diameters exceeding 200 mm.
Benefits

To calculate the type and number of links necessary, please contact your sales engineer or go to the address below and use the configurator Click on this link
1. Oil the links using the lubricant supplied with the ring
2. Remove the free screw and seal the ring by interlocking the links
3. Refit the pressure plate and tighten the screw until it is against the elastomer of the links.
4. The ring is now ready to be positioned.
5. Slide the modular seal into the annular space.
6. The modular gasket should be installed in the wall opening so that the outer plates are at inserted at least halfway into the wall opening and cannot be rotated.
7. Then tighten the screws (each by 5 turns) one after the other (not crosswise), starting at the 12 o'clock position and proceeding clockwise until a yellow background appears fully in the sight glass of the installation control device.
8. Check that all the screws are properly tightened
9. At each monitoring access point, check that the torque is sufficient for each of the links.
