Add to my wish listAnkrobox anchoring boxes are used to make standbys in reinforced concrete, allowing the subsequent anchoring of various elements. The boxes feature deep grooves on the interior and exterior to ensure a better connection between the two concreting phases. Usually, the boxes are filled with MAPEFILL shrinkage-free sealing mortar
For larger dimensions, an interior stiffener must be implemented on the worksite.
On request, we can also deliver the Ankroboxes filled with polystyrene.
The Ankrobox is also combined with the Plakaform, as lost formwork for the construction of medium size foundation slabs (up to about 100/100 cm)

1. BOTTOM
Metal deployed in thin mesh or steel sheet welded to the anchoring box. The expanded metal bottom reduces vertical pressure during concrete casting, allowing the air bubbles appearing under the bottom to escape. Laitance penetration through the meshes ensures better anchoring with the anchoring mortar.

2. HOPPER
Casting of the anchoring mortar without shrinkage is facilitated by using one or several hoppers. The hopper is finished partially by expanded metal.

3. HOLES
If an anchoring wrench is supplied, holes will be punched in the workshop through the box. The diameters available are φ25, φ30, φ36, φ38, φ42, φ48, φ52 mm.
