Thermi-K 02.01.02
Add to my wish listThe Thermi-K thermal insulation board increases thermal resistance of the KORBO masonry support console. Fit these polymer boards between the console and the supporting structure.
Galvanised steel (λ = ± 50 W / mK) has a thermal conductivity coefficient higher than that of stainless steel (λ = ± 17 W / mK). This is why, in the case of galvanized Korbos, we recommend to always place Thermi-K plates between the consoles and the load-bearing structure to limit heat loss.

To obtain the energy performance required for a building, all the elements passing through the thermal envelop must be considered. The default χ values are available for Korbo consoles according to the thickness of the wall insulation and Korbo execution chosen (galva/stainless steel - with/without Thermi-K). These χ values also demonstrate the benefit of using Thermi-K plates.
For the χ punctual heat transmission coefficient, as for the λ value, the following applies: "lower is better".
