Add to my wish listThe ANCON STS (Steel To Steel– galvanized connection) and the ANCON SSTS (Stainless Steel To Steel – stainless steel connection) are compact thermal break elements, typically used for connecting steel balconies to structural steel frames but are equally suitable for other steel-to-steel applications.
Because of the high thermal conductivity of steel, an efficient thermal separation in the connection is essential to prevent thermal bridges as this cause higher energy consumption, and to avoid structural damage caused by condensation and mould.
The ANCON SSTS and ANCON STS connectors reduce thermal bridges to a minimum with simultaneous high load transfer capabilities.
