Gillion – Le Phare d’Andenne
After about 3 years of work, the « phare d’Andenne » was commissioned. This building, housing the city's tourist office as well as a library and a museum center, was built on the basis of the old art-deco swimming pool.
Leviat was called upon in particular for the fastenings of the panel facing in red flat tiles. The challenge here was to adapt to the existing interior masonry in which fixations were needed to support the facing – taking into account that the quality of this masonry can vary greatly from one facade to another.
Our engineering office offered a tailor-made solution to the customer, with a special KORBO console profile as well as a concentration of consoles adapted to the load-bearing capacity of the support.
