Multiple reuse polyester formwork.

Thanks to a manufacturing process similar to that for boat hulls, the formwork offers a smooth interior finish to offer high quality concrete.

In addition, with its very high strength, this formwork can be reused several times.

Standard formwork

We offer standard versions with a square, rectangular or round cross-section. To best adapt to your worksite, we can create sub-risers or risers to standardise the formwork and optimise its use.

Made-to-measure formwork

The polyester formwork also allows the most improbable shapes to be made for certain prestige projects.

This formwork also offers solutions where traditional formwork is limited.

+ Square/rectangular formwork

1. Formwork for square or rectangular columns is made in 2 shells, which makes stripping very easy

2. The formwork is produced in-line with the dimensions. This means that they are also adapted on height to the dimensions of your project.

3. The two shells are closed using bolts which are 14 mm in diameter

4. Beam wedged keying can be designed to measure for the easy construction of complex formwork on site

5. Different heights and types of keying are possible according to the worksite configuration

6. It is also possible to apply wedged keying at the head of the existing post for easy concrete casting of construction nodes

+ Round formwork

1. The formwork for round columns is made in 2 shells, which makes stripping very easy

1. Push-pull prop fastening (always included)

The fastening of the push-pull props is planned to allow adjustment of the formwork plumb

2. Lifting sling (always included)

To facilitate formwork handling, it can be fitted with a lifting system

3. Injection pipe (optional)

In certain cases, concrete must be injected into the bottom of the formwork. This is achieved by adding an injection pipe which is suited to your pumping system
