Stonefix load-bearing fasteners 02.02.01
Add to my wish listThe Stonefix anchoring system is used for the constructive fastening of façades in natural stone. These natural stone coatings can be fastened to the bearing structure using Stonefix staples and solid stainless steel fasteners. Whether in calcareous stone, granite or marble, decorative façades of constructions contribute to the elegant image of the building while reinforcing the idea of quality and value. In no event can the anchoring be detrimental to the façade's style.
- Safe façade coating fastening system
- Minimum contact between the anchors and the load bearing structure, which reduces the thermal bridge
- Mechanical or chemical fasteners in concrete and solid masonry
- The use of stainless steel ensures durability
- Adjustment in three directions, vertical, horizontal and depth
- Invisible fasteners
- The same staple can be used in vertical or horizontal joints
Four stonefix anchors are necessary per panel: two bearing staples to transfer the panel's weight and two holding anchors preventing any tipping caused by the horizontal loads. The carrier staples can also be used as holding fasteners for lower panels.

1. The leg, made of a folded stainless steel flat, ensures anchoring in the carrier structure. The height H can be adapted to the gap between the structure and the facing stone.

1. Ceiling anchors
A version of Stonefix exists with a U profile for fastening natural stone panels in ceilings. This U profile is fastened to the ceiling or under a beam using an expandable bolt. A threaded rod with flat section, pin and sleeve allows the natural stone panel to be fastened at any distance from the ceiling or beam.

2. Large gaps
Bearing anchors for large gaps exceeding 20 cm are possible. A precise study will be led by our engineering office, and the parts will be made-to-measure.
