It is perfectly suited to preventing leaks of formwork laitances, and ensuring the watertightness of prefabricated parts. It is also used as a joint base for prefabricated façade elements, stadium grandstands, etc.
The self-adhesive polyethylene joint must be positioned whenever a prefabricated element is fitted. Being a closed cell joint, it is water- and air-tight, even without compression.
